We are excited to announce our second book drive for the York Preparatory Library Media Center. We are getting closer to our goal, but still need one last book collection to hopefully reach it.
We will be collecting new and gently used books from
Tuesday, June 22- Tuesday, July 13, 2010.
We have a couple of area businesses that have kindly agreed to be designated drop off sites-
RBC Bank- 1888 India Hook Rd in Rock Hill
YMCA- 117 Carolina Crossing Drive in York
YMCA- @ Baxter Village in Fort Mill
We are asking everyone to spread the word to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, or anyone you may come in contact with that have books they would like to donate. We only ask that the books be new or gently used, age appropriate, and in overall good condition. We have attached a flyer that you can print out to distribute at church, work, or in your neighborhood. This would be a great family service project. Just fill in your contact information, distribute the flyer, collect the books, and deliver to one of our drop-off sites.
