Important Update Regarding Student Drop-off and Student Pick-Up

Beginning Monday, August 23rd, ALL students will be released from the Lower Campus (Gymnasium) facing Bird Street.
Please enter the campus from University Drive using the two far left lanes and drive as far as you can towards the loading zone in front of the Gymnasium.
The two lanes in front of the Upper Campus will be used to control the flow of traffic to prevent cars from being backed onto University Drive.
There is a service drive (gravel) located just prior to the entrance of the campus on University that runs behind the playground. DO NOT block this drive. It is being used for Emergency Medical traffic and for parents who have a medical need to get their children off campus in a timely fashion.
A few additional reminders:
Student dismissal is at 3:15 PM.
Parents cannot park and pick their children up after 2:30 pm. Unless it is a medical emergency, you will be politely asked to return to your car and get into the appropriate pick-up line.
Continue to be aware of our neighbors on University Drive and don't block driveways, intersections etc.
On Mondays, there is early release for all students except for the students that stay for the Monday Enrichment Programs. Pick up will run the same, with the exception that dismissal will be at 1:15 PM.
If your child stays for the Monday Enrichment Programs please be aware of what time they need to be picked up. There is a pickup time at 2:15 PM and 3:15 PM. Pick up for both of these times will be in front of the gym and follow the normal pick up procedures.
The staff and transportation committee thank you for your patience and understanding these first few days while we tweak the process to make things run smoothly.
- Morning clubs will begin Aug. 30th. The deadline to sign-up for morning clubs is Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010.
