  Proposed Motion: Select provider to start up YPA after school program per the specified budget and program as outlined in the proposals.
• Board of Directors Election Dates (CC)
  [Supporting Document: YPA Charter p.97-99 re Board Elections]
  Proposed Motion: Nominations for elections will be accepted starting on Sept. 1, 2010; required training for board candidates will be help Sept. 18, 2010; slate of candidates published on Sept 28, 2010; "Meet the Candidates" event on Oct. 28, 2010; Board election on Oct. 30, 2010.
• Revision of Charter regarding Elections Committee (BW)
  [Supporting Document: YPA Charter p.97-99 re Elections Committee]
  Proposed Motion: A committee shall be appointed to study the feasibilty of changing the charter in regards to the composition of the Elections Commiittee.  Said committee shall return to the board a motion that shall include a recommendation of either no change or a suggested change no later than the next regular board meeting.
